Hello~
First off, personally, I've played a foreign version of Elsword, but I only got as far as Map 3 or so and a bit past the first job change.
Now, my main question is, are there any methods to regain Stamina, that don't involve the once-per-day reset, or Cash Shop items? I've come to this game with a group of about 8 people, and we already ran out of Stamina a while ago. Our Stamina lasted us to level 15.
Personally I think the whole stamina thing is just an annoyance, as it forces everyone to be semi-casual. It also prevents people from randomly helping others, as it would be a waste of stamina. But I digress. I know Stamina will always be here.
So, again, are there any ways to refill stamina other than waiting? If not, any chance there will be in the future? Without spending real money? [No point in me spending money to regain Stamina, when none of my friends are going to, etc.] Or even just take less Stamina per dungeon run. For a majority of the time, I wasn't paying attention to my Stamina. When I noticed I only had 4% left, and all of it got used in one Very Hard run, it was kind of disappointing.
Last note, seems kind of annoying to beta test while limited by Stamina. Not like the Stamina is bugged. ;o

The only thing that can possibly recover Stamina is an event, but I totally agree with you how annoying Stamina is.
EDIT: Well, The only "FREE" way...

That's pretty lame. Hope Stamina events happen often...
But yeah, as a person who would probably play all day, being forced to casually playing this game is a bit annoying. Stuck between either playing another character, or playing another game, which isn't very productive for this game at all.

The purpose of Stamina is to avoid people over playing.
We have all heard stories of people playing a game till the make themselves sick, so it has some value.
I wish it didn't get drained if you did a map that was far below your level therefore you could help a friend without losing on your own training time.

It's possible that the Stamina system could be reworked (or even removed) later on in the further stages of the game. As far as I know the stamina system was put in place mainly due to Korean law, but I could be misinformed. I believe that Atlantica had a similar system and they recently had it removed as well.

Most likely it will stay in place and for good reason. It's pretty easy to lose your stamina in the early stages of the game, but later on when you fight harder stages and bosses, it'll be very time consuming. The longest dungeon I've been on took me about 25 minutes with a party of 2.
There's three ways to increase Stamina: Cash shop, Events, and Mentoring System.
For CBT I don't mind about Stamina running out, after I run out of Stamina, I just hop on KR Elsword to finish up my events =3

Stamina is starting to show up in more games lately. The reason why they put in stamina in the first place is so you won't overplay the game. I am personally fine with stamina since I deal with it in other games.
